Last night was a late one, the reason for this is due to wanting to keep Orleafy with the times. Most of the traffic on Orleafy comes from mobile devices. Mainly iOS, but Orleafy needs to respond nicely to this. All of the posts from 2017 have all been coded for mobile devices. Another step to Orleafy becoming fully mobile. I have also added the latest post to the welcome page as well as adding the same elements to the mobile welcome page as well, making for a uniform design experience no matter what device you're using.
Getting back in to Photography

For a few years now I have let my hobby for photography fall to the way side. Which also means that Orleafy has become a little stagnant as of late. This year I have told my self to get back in to the enjoyment of taking photos again. Which brings me to what I've been up to this weekend. As I decided to treat my self to a new camera.
The check list was simple. Small, Mirrorless and support interchangeable lenses. Giving me some degree of choice depending on the types of shots I'm after. The result was… The Cannon EOS M10. So far while playing around with some test shots I have been extremely impressed. The photo bug has bitten me. I've been taking a photos of literally everything! I have already been exploring in the evenings after work, which is nice to have something to look forward to and the accessories list is already growing nicely as well.
I defiantly feel like I have got my moneys worth and it is so nice to sink my teeth in to something I enjoy so much. Keep an eye out for the updates to my photography portfolio, because it’s just getting started.

For some time now I've been trying to come up with a new layout for the charity page, that also works nicely with a mobile layout. I think I've finally come up with something suitable, for now, anyway! All of the donations that have been made over time have been put on a separate page that will still be updated as time goes on.
But this allows for the growing list not to take up space on the front page and not waste loading time on mobile devices. The Donate buttons have also been re-coded making it quick and simple to donate via PayPal as well as leave a message along with your donation.
